With a budget in hand, our area guides show where it works hardest: more space in Shela and Ghuma, settled convenience in South Bopal, premium formats in Shilaj.

Banks additionally cap lending against the property's value (commonly 75–90% depending on ticket size), so your down payment shapes the ceiling too.

Send us the number this planner gives you and we will reply with what it genuinely buys this month, project names included.

Please note: A planning guardrail, not a sanction. Banks assess income type, obligations, credit history and the property itself; treat this as your honest starting point.
Common questions

About this tool

Is 40% of income on EMI too much?
It is the upper edge of the common 35–40% guardrail. Families with variable income or big upcoming expenses should slide the cap lower; the tool updates instantly.
Why is my bank offering less than this?
Banks also cap loans against property value and weigh your full credit picture. This planner sizes the EMI side; the sanction letter settles the rest.
Should I stretch my budget for a better area?
Sometimes a smaller flat in a stronger pocket outperforms a bigger one in a weaker pocket, and sometimes the reverse. That is a judgement call; bring us the trade-off and we will show you both in real projects.
